He was predeceased by: his wife Sharon L. Groll. He is survived by: his children, Deborah McFarland (Anthony) and Michael Groll (Lynn); his grandchildren, Alexander, Andrew, Olivia McFarland, Jackson and McKenna; and his sisters, Jane Wendt and Janice Lassandro. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
