He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Frederic Cooley, Jr. and Lillian Williams Cooley; and his son Harold Ross Cooley. He is survived by: his wife Marion Grace Sherman Cooley of Cincinnati; his sister Jane Ann Cooley Hays (David) of Boise, Idaho; his children, Marilyn Grace Cooley Ginder (David) of Cincinnati, Noele Grace Williams of Hamilton and Charles William Cooley of Cincinnati; his grandchildren, Darren Michael Cooley of Cincinnati, Elisabeth Grace Cooley of Cincinnati, Jadon Charles Williams of Hamilton and Hannah Noele Williams (Mason Bourbon) of Cincinnati; and his great grandchildren, Baylee Katherine Bourbon of Cincinnati, Rylan Grace Bourbon of Cincinnati and Skyla Noele Bourbon of Cincinnati.
