He is survived by: his wife Christina (Chris); his brother Greg Goetz (Elaine); and his sibling's children, Kyle Goetz (Alison), Todd Van Leuven, Karen Everman (Mike Asnis), Julie Pender (Steve) and Melissa Bennett.
