He is survived by: his sister Jane Lattes; his sons, James Alexander Reed Flax, David William Flax, William Rogers Flax (Kimberly) and Michael Tyree Flax (Leanne); and his grandchildren, Ashley Flax, Lauren Flax, William Flax, Xaden Flax, Bryson Flax and Axel Flax.
