He was predeceased by: his parents, Gracie May Watson and William Thomas Graves; his siblings, Anthony Cole Graves, Robert L. Graves and Christina Gay (Eugene Gay); his sister-in-law Voncile Graves; and his nibling Sirocco Phillip Graves.

He is survived by: his sister Ann; his former wives, Rosemary Higgins and Vivian Delores Thomas; his wife Carol Camper; his siblings, Sylvia Lee Graves, Thomas N. Graves and Adrene A. Higgins; and his children, Victor B. Graves (Denise), Anthony Cole Graves, Rico Graves, William M. Camper, Dion C. Graves, Chereé M. Raimey and Rasháe S. Clansy. He is also survived by 30 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren, along with a loving host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
