He was predeceased by: his parents, James C. Hoctor and Jane Montgomery Hoctor; and his sister Linda S. E. Hoctor. He is survived by: his siblings, Patricia Wilson, James J. Hoctor (Judy), Mary Jo Sylvester (Paul), Thomas R. Hoctor (Kathy) and John C. Hoctor (Sarah). He is also survived by his loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
