He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Joyce I. Doud; his parents, George A. Doud and Elizabeth J. Doud; his sister Rosemary; and his siblings-in-law, Beverly, Ken, Judy Weisgerber, Kay Stoeckel and Betty Stoeckel. He was also cherished by many loving nieces and nephews, and numerous friends, caring neighbors.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
