He was predeceased by: his parents, John S. Mulvihill and Mary Margaret Mulvihill (Brodberger); his brothers, Jack, Tom and Dick Mulvihill; his brother-in-law Dave Figlestahler; and his nephew Ryan Figlestahler.
He is survived by: his wife Beth; his son Billy (Sarah); his grandchildren, Caroline, Lincoln and Alexandra; and his sisters, Ann Mullane (Mike) and Mary Pat Hiler (Jay). He is also survived by numerous loving in-laws, nieces and nephews.
