He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Moore; his children, John Moore (Tricia), Kathryn Miller (Jeff) and Emily Anderson (Patrick); and his grandchildren, Tom Anderson, Freeman Miller, Sarah Anderson, Charlie Moore, Calvin Miller, Gabby Anderson and Libby Moore.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Horizon Community Church (3950 Newtown Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45244).
