He is survived by: his daughter April Mullis (Richard Spicer Jr.); his grandchildren, Richard Spicer III (Casey Hinkle), William Gavin Spicer, Kristine Cornwell (Mitch) and Tyler Sipe; and his great grandchildren, Richie Spicer IV, Riley Spicer and Olivia Cornwell.
