He was predeceased by: his wife Darlene F. Angel; his parents, Mary Angel and Haywood Angel; his parents-in-law, Frances Dugan (Harold) and Joseph Freel (Jane); and his siblings, Gloria, Bud, Elva (late Duke), Joey, Randy (Beverly), Rachel (late Tom), Debbie (Bill), Dawn (Ray), Tracey (Billy) and Carrie (Jeremy).
He is survived by: his children, Billy Angel (Reggie), Joell Chumbley (Mike) and Stacey Steers (Mikal); his grandchildren, Billy III, Josie, Cody (Mariah), Mikal Jr., Luke, Reece and Mason; his great grandchildren, Charlie, Greyson and Morgen; and his close friend Eddie Brinkman. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and life-long friends.
