He was predeceased by: his former wife Virginia Lee Frank (Buhrmann). He is survived by: his wife Connie Frank (Bokeno Kostomay); his children, Terry Sunderhaus (Jerry), Bill Frank (Jeannine) and Wendy Trentman (Bob); his stepchildren, Dan Kostomay, Deidre Kostomay Wimmers and Denise Kostomay; his grandchildren, Leah Donahue (Sean), Jennifer Burch (Casey), Abby Curley (Ross), Elizabeth Shaffer (Luke), Hannah Wimmers, Maggie Trentman, Amelia Wimmers, Noah Wimmers, Jack Kostomay and Luciana Kostomay; and his great grandchildren, Nora, William Donahue, Theo, Nolan, Della Burch and Gemma Alonso. He is also survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
