He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter H. Richards and Hazel Richards; and his siblings, Elaine Richards, Dan Richards, John Richards, Alan Richards and Betsy Benzing.
He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Richards; his children, Sheryl Rajbhandari (Amsu) and William Richards, Jr.; his grandchildren, Evan (Lisa), Myles and Chloe; and his great grandchild Kalvin. He is also survived by several loving nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Syrian Shrine in Bill's memory.
