He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Wands Sr. and Jeannie Wands. He is survived by: his wife Barbaretta Perdue; his sister Jeannie Harrington (Steve); his children, Emily Worley (Steven), Brian Wands, Tekeyla Perdue and Lavonya Wilson (Tyrone); and his grandchildren, Sophia Wands-Peniff, Steven Worley Jr., Kaelie Worley and Malia Wilson.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Spring Grove Funeral Home - TriCounty (11285 Princeton Pike, Cincinnati, OH 45246). A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
