He was predeceased by: his grandchild Chris Rasch; and his sister Martha Holman. He is survived by: his wife Dawn Barrett; his daughter Nancy Rasch (Tim); his siblings, Betty White and Wayne Thomas; and his friends, Rich and Anita Balzer. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorials may be made to Hospice of Cincinnati.
