He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Hempel Jr. and Gina Smith; his stepmother Maria Barajas Hempel; his siblings, Morgan, Kayla, Brandon, Anthony Smith and Victoria Barajas Hempel; his grandparents, Kathleen, David Monday, Joseph Sr. and Ruth Hempel; his aunts and uncles, Cheri (Eric Sherpenberg), Kellie (Richard Murphy), Mathew Monday, Jessica House (Shawn Doyle) and Cory (Jennifer Bedinghaus); and his cousins, Caitlyn Scherpenberg, Logan Scherpenberg, Andrew Murphy, Joshua Doyle, Dominic Doyle, Hailey House, Emma House, Cara Bedinghaus and Olyvia Bedinghaus.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Deer Park High School (8351 Plainfield Rd, Taft, OH 45236). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A reception will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
