He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Dulaney and Mary Dulaney. He is survived by: his wife Melissa Olson Dulaney; his daughters, Kirsten and Katelyn Dulaney; his sisters, Ruth Christensen (Kent) and Crickett Milosevic (Milan) of Akron, OH; his in-laws, Dr. Larry and Bonnie Olson of Circleville; his brother-in-law Rev. Jeremy Olson (Stephanie) of Christiansburg, OH; and his siblings' children, Alexandria, Micheala Milosevic, Amie, Hannah, Kyle Christensen, Brady and Rylee Olson.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hallsville Community Church. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Hallsville Community Church Building Fund.
