He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Dewey and Loretta Sines (Rowe); and his siblings, Billy Richard Sines, Clara Jean Barnhart and Jerry Ray Sines.
He is survived by: his sisters, Marlyn McNulty and Rose Sines. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
