It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jarrell of Circleville, Ohio, who passed away on December 28, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Payne and Mamie Payne (Stevens); her sons, Rodney and Bruce Stump; her granddaughter Jennifer Stump; her brothers, John "Billy", Keith and Carry Payne; and her stepson Danny Jarrell.
She is survived by: her husband Merl Jarrell; her children, Beverly Cheadle (Ron), Carla Ayers (Jeffrey), Robin Beaver (Fred) and Vickie Moore (Carl); her daughter-in-law Joan Stump; her sister Mary Graham; her stepdaughters, Sandy and Debbie; and her pet Baby. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 37 great grandchildren, 29 great, great grandchildren.
