She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Collins and Ada Collins (Smith); her husband Gene Stevens; her son Daniel Stevens; and her sisters, Eleanor Collins, Bonnie Steele and Darlene Siders.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael Stevens of Chillicothe, David Stevens (Cindy) of Lakeside, Doug Stevens (Tami) of Circleville and Robert Stevens (Paula) of Reynoldsburg; her sister Linda Gregory (Frank) of Circleville; her sister-in-law Helen Fausnaugh (Clyde); her grandchildren, Mike, Brad, Logan, Josh, Jared, Mallory, Johnathan, Patrick and Gina; and her great grandchildren, Waylan, Wyatt, Augustus, Riley and Jackson.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 31st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Circleville Church of Christ (1555 N Court St, Circleville, OH 43113). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 31st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, October 31st 2025 at the Forest Cemetery (905 N Court St, Circleville, OH 43113).
