He is survived by: his mother Carol Booth (Lemaster); his wife Kimberly Ann Booth (Duerler); his daughter Myah Leeann Fyffe (Chris Baker); his granddaughter Winnie Ann Baker; his nieces and nephews, Ashlie, Brooklyn (Lars), Christian, Rowen, Mia, Olivia, Krew and Kash; and his daughter Molly.
