It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn June Brooks (Circleville, Ohio), who passed away on October 15, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Jacobs and Amanda Cecil Jacobs (Boyer); her husband Lester Brooks; and her brothers, Orville, Bob, Ralph and Rick Jacobs.
She is survived by: her children, Randy (Jodi), Dennis and Twana Shade (Brian); her grandchildren, Jason, Tyler (Megan), Erica Tucker (Bob), Tiffin Barthelmas (Mike), Jeremy Dennis Brooks and Megan Brooks; her stepgrandchildren, Ellen Schmidt (JR) and Jared Shade; her great grandchildren, Lyle, Trapper, MacKenzie, Campbell, Kieran, Rowan, Charlee, Eli, Claire, Michael, Taylor, Lilly, Maddie and Joey; her great great grandchild Gary; her sisters, Louise Heartstedt and Joyce Dumm (Mick) of Circleville; and her sisters-in-law, Karen, Becky, Carol and Betty Jacobs.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Wellman Funeral Home (1455 N Court St, Circleville, OH 43113).
