She was predeceased by: her parents, Darwin Gumm and Shelby Gumm (Skaggs); and her husband Mark Bower. She is survived by: her children, Shawn (Tasha) and Kevin Clifton (Jeanie); her stepdaughter Krista Mack (David); her grandchildren, Michael, Alex (Libby), Austin, Tesla, Kaylee, Alexis, Josh, Gaberial Clifton, Kianna Mulldune (Spencer), Shyanne and Cayden Sheets; and her great grandchildren, Ariya, Raven and Ivy.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Hitler Ludwig Cemetery (1819 Hitler Rd 1, Circleville, OH 43113).
Memorial contributions are suggested to the funeral home in Cathy's name.
