With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cathy J. Smalley of Circleville, Ohio, who passed away on December 27, 2023 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Richard William and Donna Lee Smalley (Rambo); and her sisters, Sara Kay Smalley and Susan Lee Smalley. She is survived by : her fiancé Johnny Sanders; her children, Brittany Pennington, Connor Pennington (Samantha Estep) and Cole Pennington (Chang Kim); her grandchildren, Lissa Kay and Ally; her brother Bobby Smalley; her niece Angela Smalley (Tim Robbins); her nephew James Smalley; her sisters-in-law, Jill Welsh (Steve) and Jamie Sanders Wilson; her niece Heather Scholl; and her nephews, Tyler, Luke Welsh and Hunter Wilson.
