He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Worthington; his daughters, Charline McNamara (Ryan) and Brandi Binegar; his sister Teresa Worthington-Beachler; his grandchildren, Ashley Goodling, Taylor Embrey (Josh), Caleb McNamara and Mayia Warren; and his great grandchildren, Lola, Jenine, Heavenly, Acadia, Sutton and Cyrus. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
