He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Lee and Dorothey Virginia Legg (Detty); his wife Barbara Anne Woodrum; his sister Hazel Grabill; and his sibling's children, Tammy Wurtzell and Jason Grabill.
He is survived by: his children, Davida (Chris Bangs), Dwight Alan Karshner (Jeffrey Call) of Ashville, Clinton David of Little Walnut and Katrina Kelly (Gilbert Schaeffer) of Circleville; his grandsons, Dylan Bangs, Levi, Ethan, Skylar, Austin Karshner and Gilbert Schaeffer III; his siblings-in-law, Joseph Woodrum (Joanne) of Grove City and Melissa Reed (Nathaniel) of Waverly, OH; his children, Kristie Null and Bryan Georgie; his granddaughters, Tasha and Angela Null; his nephew Chad Grabill (Miranda); and his goddaughter Loretta Hartley of Vanceburg, KY.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home (420 W Main St, Ashville, OH 43103).
