He is survived by: his wife Rita Bush (Coats); his children, Audra Imler (Ron), Brian Bush and Heather Helms (Phillip); his grandchildren, Kelsi Eason (Quincey), Grace Imler, Kyler Sullivan, Rachel Imler, Keana Sullivan and Everly Joy Helms; and his siblings, Terry (Nancy), Kerry (Linda), Rick Bush (Debbie), Gypsy Lee Lowry and Judy Baker (David). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
