He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Hart and Eunice Opal Hart (Thompson); his sister Barbara Mills; his father-in-law Gerald "Frank" Baylous Sr.; and his siblings-in-law, Gerald "Jerry" Baylous Jr., Roger L. Baylous and Nancy Hart.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jane Hart (Baylous); his daughter Leighann Cook (Eric) of Circleville; his grandchildren, Tyler Cook (Elizabeth Brown) and Taylor Cook; his brother Rollie Hart; his mother-in-law Ruby M. Baylous; and his friend Jerry Grunden. He is also survived by family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hill Funeral Home (24 W Ing St, Kingston, OH 45644). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at the Hitler Ludwig Cemetery (1819 Hitler Rd 1, Circleville, OH 43113).
