He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Spurlock and Clarissa Spurlock (Boyer); and his son Harold B. Spurlock. He is survived by: his wife Diana Spurlock (Ketchum); his children, Debbie D., Stearl Jr. and David Spurlock; and his brother Clarence Spurlock. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren.
