He was predeceased by: his mother Ianne Wells (White). He is survived by: his father Richard Wells; his children, Wendy Adams (James) and David Wells; his grandchildren, Michael Bash, Chase Wells, Aiden Adams, Kylee Wells and Madison Wells; his great grandchildren, Sophia Bash and Lonnie Merrill; and his siblings, Jeff Wells (Patricia) and Carolyn Pfingsten (Phillip).
A graveside service was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Bunker Hill Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Ohio's Hospice of Dayton.
