She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Stout and Alline Stout (Burdette); her sons, Jason and Christopher Simpkins; and her sister Nancy Murray.
She is survived by: her husband Larry Scott; her children, Angie Banks, Roberta Stewart and Larry Scott II; and her sisters, Sharon Hart, Sandy Ashley and Teresa Stout. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
