He is survived by: his wife Robin Rogers (Bush); his children, Jeffrey B. Rogers II (Shelley), Ashley M. Horton (Eric), Tina Craft and Brittney Holmes (Phil); and his brother Randy Rogers. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
