He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kaiser and Harriett Kaiser (Collums); his in-laws, William and Ethel Davis; his son-in-law Jeff Ralston; his granddaughter Ashley Nicole Linthicum; and his sister Ethel Casto.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Davis; his children, Lisa (Brock Merriam), Julie Ralston and Steve Kaiser (Arlyn); his grandchildren, Hillary Mancini (Drew), Mandy Wasem (Sam), Brandy Ralston, Nicholas Linthicum (Amanda), Lindsey Kaiser-Stewart, Jaelyn Myers (Nate), Robby and Tristan Kaiser; and his siblings, George Ray (Evelyn), Robert, Richard Kaiser and Karen Woods. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
