He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence A. Dean and Mary Dean (Koker); his wife Eleanor Dean (Hardbarger); his son Steve Dean; and his siblings, Diane Dowler, Flory Johnson, Mary Low Menthorne and Bob Dean.
He is survived by: his children, Mike (Nancy), Jim, Cathy (Jim) and Dave (Judy); his brothers, Ronald Dean and Frank Dean (Peg); his sister-in-law Phyllis Dean; and his grandchildren, Michelle, Elizabeth, Kim, Lisa, Nicole, Kristen and Lori. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
