She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Elizabeth Smallwood Bailey and Burnie Samuel Bailey; her grandmother Rosabelle Tatman Smallwood; her aunts, Catherine Smallwood and Ada Hopkins; her siblings, Thomas Brown, Joseph Bailey, James Bailey, Bernice Tolliver and Betty Ferguson; her brother-in-law Paul Dye; her close friend Anthony Bennett; Roberta Gates Caudill.

She is survived by: her daughters, Vicki Martin and Jeanelle Swackhammer (Jeff Ferri) of Circleville; her grandchildren, Royce Rogols (Carrie), Jacinda Dickey (Kyle) and Andrea Martin; and her siblings, Nancy Reeves (Keith), Clarabelle Dye and John Bailey (Linda). She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
