She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles F. Cook and Ethel M. Cook; and her brothers, Charles, Cliff and Jim.

She is survived by: her husband Robert M. Johnson; and her children, Virginia Davis (Richard), Kathleen Sassa (Joel), Paul Johnson (Carol), Eric Johnson (Betty Lippold) and Patricia Rothe (Mike).

Donations in Marilyn's honor can be made to Planned Parenthood or Berger-Ohio Health.
