He was predeceased by: his nephew T. J. Duffy; and his parents, Dean A Logan and Francis M Logan. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen Frericks; his children, Mary "Cory" So (Walter) of Circleville, Mary Jo Hampp of Lancaster, Adam (Kelly) of Pickerington and Katie Hedges (Colin) of Circleville; his brother Larry Logan (Sheryl Wood); his in-laws, Mark Frericks (Joyce), Kathy Tomlinson (Joe), Tom Frericks (Sue), Anne Lamone (Brad), Sue Lepesko (Jim), John Frericks (Lisa), Jim Frericks (Denise), David Frericks (Kim), Matt Frericks (Grant) and Tom Duffy; his cousins, Jim Stevens (Rita) and Nancy (John); and his caregiver Melanie Cunningham.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mike's memory to Pickaway County Community Foundation, Operations fund, which will support only the operations of the Foundation.
