He was predeceased by: his parents, Rex Hoffmann and Ruth Blosser; his sister Faye Wade; his parents-in-law, Ed and Bonnie Evans; his siblings-in-law, Randy Davis, Greg Evans and Pam Gonzalez; and his wife Pam Hoffmann (Evans).
He is survived by: his son Blake Hoffmann; his pet Meadow; his in-laws, Cyndi Davis, Beth Evans, Tammy Payne, Sue Evans and Chris Wade; his nieces and nephews, Amanda Livingston (Kevin), Nichole Loechel (Alex), Jamie Evans (Ashley), Ryan Moyer, Austin Davis (Kaibi), Matt Moyer, Justin Wade and Cameron Evans; his great-nephew Waylon Craig Davis; and also, Karen Moyer (Mark) and Jeff Gonzalez. He is also survived by family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Hill Funeral Home (24 W Ing St, Kingston, OH 45644). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
