She was predeceased by: her parent Dorothy Billingsley; her husband Mark Fullen; her sister Patricia Kern; and her nieces, Tonya and Nikki Kern.

She is survived by: her daughter Chrissy; her son-in-law Lee Allison; her grandchildren, Taylor Steele, Blake Allison and Alexandria Allison; her niece Rhonda Kern; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Veronica Marcum (Stephen), Brittany Kern, Dustin, Jaxon and Presley.
