It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Blaine of Circleville, Ohio, who passed away on July 14, 2025, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Blaine and Jean Blaine (Talbot). He is survived by: his partner Jan Combs; his son Jeff Blaine (Mariah Maury); his grandson Keldan Blaine; and his sister Jackie Minarik.
