He was predeceased by: his parents, David Cotton and Edith Cotton (Tracy); his brother Arthur Cotton; his sister-in-law Sally Cotton; and his son James Cotton.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Cotton (Garrett); his children, Jeanette Ward (Steve) and Jeremy Cotton; his grandchildren, Christopher Cotton (Jen), Keisha Hocking (CJ) and Evan Cotton; his great grandchildren, Oaklee and Jadon Hocking; and his brother Charles Cotton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
