She was predeceased by: her parents, James Tackett and Zelma Tackett (Manohan); her husband Everett Brown; her children, Willam D. Evans Jr. and Debbie Evans Royce; her grandson William D. Evans III; and her siblings, Thelma Newton, Jimmy Tackett and Stephen Tackett.
She is survived by: her children, Pati Evans, Phillip Evans (Crystal) and Jason Evans (Amy); her daughter-in-law Michelle Evens; and her sisters, Doris Cooper, Clara Justice and Janice Withrow. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 44 great grandchildren and 1 great, great grandchild.
