He was predeceased by: his parents, William Fortner and Patricia Fortner (Welsh). He is survived by: his wife Nancy Fortner (Vollbracht); his children, Ashley and Zeke Fortner (Rachel); his grandchildren, Jackson and Lyla; and his pet Mikey.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Wellman Funeral Home (1455 N Court St, Circleville, OH 43113). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM. A burial will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at the Reber Hill Cemetery.
