He was predeceased by: his parents, William Fortner and Patricia Fortner (Welsh). He is survived by: his wife Nancy Fortner (Vollbracht); his children, Ashley and Zeke Fortner (Rachel); his grandchildren, Jackson and Lyla; and his pet Mikey.
