He was predeceased by: his parents, William Parrott and Cora Parrott Sr. (Trent); and his siblings, Cora Hale, Loretta Parrott Sexton, Earline Rose Parrott and Alease Juanita Cook.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Parrott (Hoy); his children, Michelle Sanders and Jason Holbrook; his grandson Kyle Edwards; and his siblings, Cornell "Buzz" Parrott, Phoebe Sexton and Brenda Parrott. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 6:00 PM.
