He was predeceased by : his stepmother Shirley Haslam; and his grandparents, Bertha Virginia Leasure, William Ritchie, Clyde Roy Haslam and Goldie Mae Wright Haslam.
He is survived by : his parents, Richard Dean Haslam Sr. and Betty Ritchie Brown; and his siblings, Tammy Bodart (Scott), Dennis Haslam, Christina Fitzsimmons, Suzette Alleman (Keith), Richie Haslam (Melissa) and Clyde Haslam. He is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews and 5 (soon to be 6) great nieces and nephews.
