She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph R. Ratcliff and Olive Lotz Ratcliff; and her sister Virginia Ann Roth (Don). She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah Andre (Paul) of Wauseon, Beth Ramsey (Tom) of Clarksburg and Karen Cantrell (Greg) of Wooster, Ohio; her brother Charles Ratcliff (Freda) of Londonderry; her grandchildren, Jim Ramsey (Ann), Becky Hemm (Justin), Greg Ramsey (Jessica), David Andre (Kate), Mark Andre (Elli), Tim Andre (Anna), Kim Cantrell, Katie Trayte (David) and Kevin Cantrell; and her husband Hiser Seeds. She is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren.
