He is survived by: his wife Joellen "Jody" Lowe (Rose); his sons, Tyler Lowe (Kylie) of Frankfort and Zachariah L. Lowe (Leigh) of Cochran, GA; his grandchildren, Landon, Layla and Lily Mae; and his sisters, Tammy Wisecup (Tim) of Chillicothe and Karen Steinbrook of Myrtle Beach. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at 10922 Water St, Clarksburg, OH 43115.
