He is survived by: his mother Anna Maude Baker (Sweat) of Clarksville; his sons, William Scott Baker (Ella) of Kettering, OH and Nicholas Daniel Baker (Dani Caro) of Wilmington; his grandchildren, AJ, Chelsey and Addie; and his siblings, Barbara Baker of Clarksville, OH, Steven Baker (Brenda) of Clarksville, OH, Susan Baker of Clarksville, OH, Mary Helton of Clarksville, OH and Theresa Peterson (Jack) of Murfreesboro, TN. He is also survived by his mother, other surviving family members.
