She is survived by: her mother Polly Lewis (Muncy) of Clarksville; her children, Todd Schultz (Suzanne) of Maine, Holly Young (Paul) of Wilmington, Mick Schultz (Hillary) of Clarksville and Rick Schultz of Clarksville; her siblings, Vic Lewis, Everett Lewis (Barb), Rick Lewis, Cathy Peters, Cliff Lewis, Jon Lewis, Phil Lewis, Sandy Lewis and Jason Lewis; her grandchildren, Chelsea Burton (Coty), Nicholas Young (Kylee), Lillian Baughman (James), Jackson Schultz (Emily Powell), Jacob Schultz, James Schultz, Josiah Schultz, Ashley Schultz, Hunter Schultz, Addi Schultz, Autumn Schultz and Ava Schultz; and her great grandchildren, Leo Burton, Eli Jo Burton and Bennett Young. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
