He is survived by: his daughter Stevie Rice (Michael) of Blanchester, OH; his siblings, Joyce Toppen of Wilmington, Brenda Baker (Steve) of Clarksville, Victoria Roak (Troy) of Chesapeake, VA, Michael Gilbert of Clarksville and Ronald Gilbert of Blanchester; and his sister-in-law Pat Gilbert of Blanchester.
